Award deadline extended

doitnowTHE deadline for submissions for the first Jan Fairley Award has been extended by a month to allow Edinburgh-linked journalists with an interest in arts in an international context a little more time to get their entries in. It is now 30th November 2014.

Many thanks to all who have shown interest so far. This is a great opportunity to get your work and your career attention. The prize will be a certificate, £300 and a selection from the winning entry published in The Scotsman newspaper.

Entrants should submit from one to three pieces of between 500 and 1,500 words which have already been published in an edited publication whether online or in print. See full details below.
